I am a filmmaker / producer based in the Washington D.C metro area. I have been fortunate enough to work on films for clients ranging from small businesses to multinational companies and international organizations while doing what I love; telling stories with film. Rather than focus on a particular market segment, I like to focus on the type of person I like to work with. I enjoy working with people I can learn from, that want to share what they know and that have interesting experiences outside of their working life and who want to express their creativity and ideas with video. If that sounds like you, let’s talk about your project.

I have an extensive network of film professionals that I work with around the globe and I pride myself on being able to scale from a 1 person videographer in Washington D.C to a 20 person crew within a few phone calls to deliver the level of service my clients require for their projects in different parts of the world. I remain your dedicated contact person throughout the project from start to finish.

My reward is the end product, a happy client whose ideas and inputs have been listened to and turned into a finely crafted film that I am proud to have helped you bring to life.

Prior to becoming a film maker, I worked in financial markets as a Risk Manager and a Trader in London, Geneva and New York. I loved that too, understanding the stories behind the mass of data available and trying to make sense of it all in a complex world; a skills set that has been particularly useful with the clients I work with now.

It’s clear by looking at Avik’s videos that he does stellar work but what’s not as obvious is how valuable his approach and process is for getting to that result. He asked questions that deepened my thinking and expanded the creative possibility of how I thought about the information I wanted conveyed in the video. His partnership in the design phase is unmatched and a credit to his intelligence and experience.
